  • For Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts, all the units will have to be examined and repaired at the owner's cost. This is not applicable for units which are already under our contract.
  • The charges mentioned in this contract are payable in full and in advance. The contract will come in effect only after receipt of full payment.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract:

  • As stipulated in the contract, we shall provide routine services on periodic intervals during the contractual period.
  • One B.D.S.(Brought Down Service) would be given at the most appropriate time and will be at our discretion.
  • All spares shall be changed/replaced/repaired free of cost under the contract.
  • Any plastic parts like front Grill, Filter, remote control, Condenser coil, Cooling coil and sheet metal parts like Outer casing, Base tray etc. are not covered under this contract. Any repairs / replacement of such parts will be chargeable.

Ordinary Maintenance Contract:

  • As stipulated in the contract, we shall provide routine services on periodic intervals during the contractual period.
  • If for whatsoever reason, B.D.S. is required, the same will be charged extra at the prevailing time (except ONE B.D.S. for Window A.C. which is covered under this contract).
  • The B.D.S. would be given at the most appropriate time and will be at our discretion.

  • It will be our constant effort to ensure a prompt service is given to all our clients. However we shall not be liable for any consequential damage/loss due to delay/failure on our part to render the services.
  • We shall not be liable for any breakdown or delay in carrying out any obligations as this contract including servicing/repairing of the units as result of strike, lock out, industrial / labour disturbance, fire/accidental damages, any act of god or any restrictions imposed by the government, riots, war or condition arising from any similar causes beyond our control.
  • Cleaning the air filter must be done regularly every week by the customer. Applicable only for Window A.C.
  • All the complaints and break downs will be attended promptly. The service technicians shall take utmost care while carrying out their job. We shall not be responsible for any direct / in-direct damage caused during the service/breakdown call.
  • All the electrical faults outside the units will have to be attended by the customer.
  • The contract can be terminated by us before completion of the contract period, by paying the pro- rata amount (EXCLUDING Tax amount) for the unexpired full months. If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, we shall pay the refund (excluding Tax amount) on pro-rata basis after deducting the cancellation charges of 10% of the contract amount for the unexpired period.
